TAG Program Course

This expansion is designed to strike directly at the root of recidivism. By working face-to-face with the youth currently residing inside Richmond CI, we are equipping them with the practical stabilization tools, identity framing, and career toolkits needed to successfully transition back into society and permanently break the cycle of re-entry. Richmond CI is our foundational launchpad, with active plans underway to scale and expand this vital curriculum into additional facilities across the region. 

This intensive 6-week course is driven entirely by our official workbook: "TAG Own Your Future: A Guide to Self-Transformation and Survival." This step-by-step blueprint was created by our Executive Director, Asya Hall, specifically to serve as the ultimate tool for navigating high-stakes real-world environments, managing internal baselines, and building long-term financial and career literacy.

The course is taught directly on-site by our Founder, Brandon Rice, serving as the lead instructor. Moving in alignment with our peer-led mentorship model, Brandon is teaching alongside a select group of dedicated mentors who are also currently at the facility—bridging the gap through shared lived experience, absolute accountability, and real-world execution strategies.

Together, we are ensuring that a past checkpoint does not dictate a young person's final destination. We aren't just teaching survival; we are training our youth to own their future.
